I have been with Leonie for the past 2 years she has assisted me a lot on how I view my self and my challenges. I can positively say that I have learned so much about my self through every session we had.

Been here for just over 4 sessions now. Feels like a saving grace. No judgement. Always leave the session feeling hopeful. Felt a big change in my emotions and state of being just after 2 sessions.

I'm really proud of myself for how far I've come in understanding and managing my fear. Working with Leonie has been amazing she's helped me see that fear isn't just something to be overcome, but also something that can protect me. It's funny, I used to think I had to get rid of fear entirely, but now I see it as a signal that I need to pay attention to.

In my new relationship, it's been a game-changer to approach fear with respect rather than trying to push it away. I've been able to communicate more openly with my partner and trust myself to make decisions that feel right for me. Leonie's guidance on externalizing problems and recognizing my values has been so helpful it's like I've gained a new perspective on life. I feel more empowered and balanced, and I'm excited to see where this journey takes me.

Fun session. Another eye opener, putting things into perspective. I enjoy the creativity element she brings into the therapy.
